  • 1/2 Capsicum finely chopped Nos

How to Make Corn And Cheese Balls Recipe

In a mixing bowl mash 2 boiled and peeled potatoes till smooth. And ½ cup steamed corn, ½ a capsicum finely chopped, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, finely chopped coriander leaves, 2 grated garlic cloves, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 2 tbsp cornflour.

Mix well to combine all the ingredients to a homogenous mixture.

Take small portions of the mixture, roll and shape into small sized lemon balls.

Once all the mixture has been made into small ball shapes, spread bread crumbs in a plate and roll each ball in bread crumbs to coat evenly. This will give a crust when fried.

Preheat oil in a deep pan for deep frying. When the oil is hot, slip in the balls and fry a few at a time.

Fry the corn and cheese balls till evenly golden brown on all sides. Remove from the pan and drain off the excess oil. Serve hot.
