  • 66.67 A Bunch Coriander
  • 0.33 Pieces Onion chopped
  • 0.67 Tsp arlic chopped
  • 0.33 Tsp inger chopped
  • 0.67 Pieces reen chillis
  • 0.33 Tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.33 Tsp Coriander powder
  • 0.33 Tsp aram masala powder
  • 0.33 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1.33 Tbsp Oil
  • 0.33 Tsp Lemon juice
  • 66.67 g Paneer

  • STEP 1.At first dice the paneer in to cubes and transfer the pieces in to a large bowl.
  • STEP 2.Than add the red chilli powder, coriander powder, Turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt and lemon juice to the paneer cubes amd coat them evenly. Keep aside.
  • STEP 3.Now the coriander leaves wash them properly chopped them roughly and add them to a grinder along with the green chillis and some water. Blend in to a smooth paste.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a pan. Than add ginger garlic paste and saute them. Now add chopped onions and cook them until they turn brown. At this time add the coriander paste and salt (as per taste) Let it cook.
  • STEP 5.Then add the marinated paneer cubes and cook few minutes.
  • STEP 6.Now switch off the flame transfer the dish to a serving bowl and serve hot.
