Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.To make the Kayi Kadboo, mix rice flour, grated coconut, salt, and water to form a soft dough.
  • STEP 2.Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into dumplings.
  • STEP 3.Steam the dumplings in a steamer for about 15-20 minutes until they are cooked through and soft.
  • STEP 4.To make the mutton curry, heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions, ginger, and garlic. Saute until the onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 5.Add the mutton pieces and cook until they are browned on all sides.
  • STEP 6.Add the spice powders like turmeric, red chili, coriander, and garam masala. Mix well.
