Ingredients for Conkies Recipe

  • 450 gram Pumpkin
  • 2 cup grated coconut
  • 1 No.s mashed sweet potato
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 60 gram Raisins
  • 85 gram Butter
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 No.s banana leaf/ foil

Directions: Conkies Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1. take cornmeal, coconut, pumpkin, sweet potato, sugar, nutmeg, spice, salt, raisins butter and milk in a bowl. Mix everything together.

step 2

  • STEP 1.take banana leaves and pour the mixture in the center. fold the leaf so that the mixture would not come out.

step 3

  • STEP 1. steam cook for 75 minutes and serve.
