Ingredients for Cold coca with ice cream Recipe

  • 1/2 litre fat milk
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Coca powder
  • 1.50 tbsp Custard powder
  • 1/2 tbsp corn floor
  • 1 tbsp Pieces of dark chocolate
  • 1.50 tbsp Small pieces of cashew nuts
  • As Required Ice-cubes
  • As Required Vanilla ice cream
  • A Handful dark chocolate for garnishing

Directions: Cold Coca With Ice Cream Recipe

  • STEP 1.01. Stir over medium heat until the milk boils. Take out half a bowl of milk and mix coca powder, custard powder and corn flour in it properly.
  • STEP 2.02. Add sugar to the boiling milk, dissolve it.
  • STEP 3.03. Add the prepared powder mixture on slow heat and stir constantly. Add the dark chocolate and stir for two minutes. Once the milk thickens, flame off and bring to room temperature
  • STEP 4.04. Once the cashew nuts are added, it has to be kept in the freezer for chilling.
  • STEP 5.05. When serving, add ice cubes to the glass, add cold coca, put an ice cream scoop on it, garnish with dark chocolate and serve chilled.
