Ingredients for Coffee Jelly Recipe

  • 15 gram Gelatin
  • 3 tablespoon Water
  • 60 gram Sugar
  • 480 milliliter hot strong coffee
  • 100 milliliter Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar

Directions: Coffee Jelly Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a bowl soak gelatin and water for 1 min.
  • STEP 2.Add coffee and sugar and mix well.
  • STEP 3.Refrigerate it for 4hrs then cut into cubes.
  • STEP 4.Mix the heavy cream and sugar.
  • STEP 5.Top it over the jelly cubes.
