Ingredients for Coconut makhana kheer Recipe

  • 0.33 Cup Makhana
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 0.33 Cups Coconut
  • 0.33 Cup Condensed milk
  • 0.33 Tsp Cardamom powder

Directions: Coconut Makhana Kheer Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat ghee in a heavy bottomed pan.
  • STEP 2.Add the makhanas and slow roast till it turns golden and crisp.
  • STEP 3.Grind roughly and Keep it aside.
  • STEP 4.Pour milk into a heavy bottomed pan.
  • STEP 5.Boil the milk on medium heat for 10 more minutes or till it becomes a little thicker.
  • STEP 6.Add roasted makhana , coconut powder and mix well.
  • STEP 7.Simmer this mixture for five minutes, till it becomes creamy and soft.
  • STEP 8.Add condensed milk, cardamom powder, mix well nd sim the flame..
  • STEP 9.Switch off the heat..
  • STEP 10.Coconut Phool Makhana Kheer is ready to serve..
