Ingredients for Coconut laddu Recipe

  • 0.19 Kg bowl desiccated coconut
  • as required Elaichi powder
  • 0.13 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1/4 tablespoons 2-3 tablespoons
  • as required Sugar powder
  • 1/2 g Chopped dry fruits for garnish (optional)

Directions: Coconut Laddu Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat ghee in a pan, add desiccated coconut, and roast it. Don't brown.
  • STEP 2.Now add milkmaid and elaichi powder and mix. Cook for 1-2 minutes on low flame.
  • STEP 3.When the mixture starts thickening than keep stirring nonstop.
  • STEP 4.When the mixture starts leave the sides to switch off the flame.
  • STEP 5.Pour the mixture into another bowl and let it cool.
  • STEP 6.When it cooled completely, take a small portion from it and form laddoo.
  • STEP 7.Ready to enjoy.
  • STEP 8..Roll the laddoo into desiccated coconut.Ready to enjoy.
