#BPF Sweets are fav.in my family.So I always make sweets with my innovation.These sweet balls are my innovative recipe.They take vry little time ,no chance of spoiling.Its tasty n healthy.Ideal for guests,for breakfast in summer as Gulkand is useful in summer.I used dryfruit pieces to make it nutritious!

Ingredients for Coconut Kalakand Balls stuffed with Gulkand Recipe

  • 0.33 Cups Desicated coconut
  • 0.33 Cups Milk powder
  • 0.33 Cup Powdered sugar
  • 1.33 Tbsp Gulkand
  • As required Chopped dry fruits badam and pista
  • A Pinch cardamom nutmeg powder
  • 1.67 Cups Milk

Directions: Coconut Kalakand Balls Stuffed With Gulkand Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take nonstick kadahi,take desicated coconut,addmilk powder, Add powdered sugar ,mix well,then add milk little by little with mixing,no lumps should be form.
  • STEP 2.Now put the kadahi on medium glass,stir continuously.The mixture will start boiling,keep on stirring,slow the flame cook till it becomes thick,when it will become thick and leaves the pan,add cardamom nutmeg powder mix well and take it down and let it cool coconut Kalakand is ready..
  • STEP 3.Now make small balls of gulkand by adding dryfruit pieces.
  • STEP 4.Now make bigger ball of kalakand ,spread it with fingers and stuff gulkand dryfruit ball inside it. Close the ball from all sides neatly.Get all balls stuffed,Garnish with almond and pistoch it's ready to serve in brunch u can keep it in fridge for 15 minutes before serving ..
