STEP 1.First of all let's prepare for the stuffing. For that, first cut the dry fruit into small pieces in a bowl and mix Gulkand in it and also add some food color and mix it all and keep it aside. Now take a nonstick pan and mix milk maid and coconut powder in it and cook it on the gas for 5 minutes. Then add milk to it.
STEP 2.Mix milk and cook again. Cook till the mixture becomes like a ball. Then close the gas and keep it to cool down. Also add cashew powder to it. Mix cashew powder and make the mixture like a dough and then make balls of the same size out of it. Now take as many balls as they are made from the gulkand mixture and keep them on the side.
STEP 3.Now take a ball from the mixture of coconut powder and spread it a little with your hand and make it like a puri. Then by placing a ball of gulkand in the middle, make its words again. Prepare all the balls in the same way. Now take all the balls with coconut powder and coat it. Now coat all the balls with coconut powder and let it set in the fridge for 20 minutes. Then after 20 minutes take it out from the fridge and cut it from the middle and cut it into 2 pieces.
STEP 4.Now take a piece and then put it on the lamp. Then instead of the wick, cut half a piece from the almond and set it in place of the wick. And sprinkle pistachio slices on the gulkand mixture that has come in the middle and then serve it garnished by placing it on rose petals. So our coconut diya and wick is ready.
