Ingredients for Coconut Drops Recipe

  • 0.07 cup Sun maid natural raisins
  • 0.15 cup white sugar
  • 1/10 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/20 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/10 tablespoon mixed essence
  • 0.40 cup Flour
  • 0.40 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 0.07 cup Water
  • 1/10 teaspoon Butter

Directions: Coconut Drops Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a bowl add coconut, sugar, flour, raisins, nutmeg, baking powder, butter and essence.
  • STEP 2.Mix all the dry ingredients together and then gradually add water in order to form a crumbly dough.
  • STEP 3.Preheat the oven at 350 degree f.
  • STEP 4.Grease a baking sheet and place small dough pieces on it.
  • STEP 5.Top the dough pieces with cherries.
  • STEP 6.Bake the coconut drops in a preheated oven for 40 minutes.
