Ingredients for coconut cookies Recipe

  • 0.06 Cup maida
  • 0.06 Cup Coconut Powder
  • 0.03 Cup Cream
  • 0.06 Cup Sugar powder
  • 0.03 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 0.56 Pieces almonds
  • 0.11 Drop Vanilla
  • As Required For Ganishing Coconut powder as required - for garnish

Directions: Coconut Cookies Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take all the ingredients to make Coconut Cookies.
  • STEP 2.Beat cream and sugar powder until creamy and fluffy. Mix coconut powder.
  • STEP 3.Prepare the dough by adding all the ingredients like coconut powder, maida and baking powder. Make medium size balls. Coat cookies with coconut powder and garnish with almond slices.
  • STEP 4.Place cookies on a baking tray.
  • STEP 5.Preheat the oven for 10 minutes. Bake the coconut cookies in the oven for 20 -25 minutes on medium flame till they become crispy. Store Coconut Cookies in an air tight container.
  • STEP 6.Serve coconut cookies with tea/coffee.
