Coconut Choka Recipe

Coconut choka is a rustic and earthy and just makes you feel like home. The method most times begins with fire-roasting then grinding, flaking, or mashing. Oil, raw onions, garlic, and hot pepper along with other spices of choice are added afterward for flavor. The result whether it is a coconut or vegetable type choka is a smoky and flavorful dish.

  • 10 No.s cloves of garlic
  • 5 No.s wiri wiri peppers
  • As required Salt

Directions: Coconut Choka Recipe

  • STEP 1.Grill the coconut chunks for 30 minutes or till they turn nice and brown. Scarpe the coconut and blend it into a coarse mix.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Add in your garlic-pepper mixture to the blended coconut and season with some salt. Mix everything together and your choka is ready.
