  • 1 piece chicken drumsticks or thighs
  • 0.13 medium size onion, sliced thinly
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 tablespoon natural yoghurt
  • 1/4 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
  • 1/4 tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 potatoes, scrape off skin, cut into slices
  • 1/4 shallots, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 red chillies
  • 1/4 green chillies
  • 0.06 milliliter pkt coconut cream mixed with 250 warm water or 0.5 grated coconut mixed with 250 ml. water and squeezed for 375 ml. milk
  • As required For the Curry Sauce
  • 1/4 tablespoon ground almonds
  • 0.13 tablespoon ground cashewnuts
  • 3.75 gram Fresh Ginger
  • 0.13 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cardamom seeds
  • 0.03 teaspoon clove powder
  • 0.13 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 0.03 teaspoon ground turmeric
