Ingredients for Coconut Cake Recipe

  • 3 cup Flour
  • 1.50 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1.50 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Raisins
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 No.s Eggs
  • As required Milk
  • As required Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon white rum

Directions: Coconut Cake Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 - in a bowl add flour, sugar, desiccated coconut, spices and mix well.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 - in a separate bowl mix eggs, milk, butter, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla extract and white rum.

step 3

  • STEP 3.3 - mix the dry and wet ingredients together.

step 4

  • STEP 4.4 - pour this in a glass dish.

step 5

  • STEP 5.1 - cook it in the oven for 1 hour at 350 degree f.
