Ingredients for Coconut Buttercream Cake Recipe

  • 0.13 cup All purpose flour
  • 0.06 cup Curd
  • 18.75 gram Butter
  • 0.13 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp Coconut essence
  • 0.06 cup Milk
  • 0.06 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Wipping cream
  • 1/4 tsp Chopped pistachios
  • 1/4 tsp Tutti frutti
  • 0.13 cup Condensed milk
  • 0.13 cup Fresh Coconut (grated)
  • 0.06 g Baking soda

Directions: Coconut Buttercream Cake Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a baking tin n grease with butter n keep aside..
  • STEP 2.Take a bowl pour, all purpose flour, baking powder n baking soda mix it well n keep aside..
  • STEP 3.Take a mixing bowl pour curd , milk n 50 gram butter, mix it
  • STEP 4.Now add half cup condensed milk, again mix it..
  • STEP 5.Now add dry mixture, mix it gradually...
  • STEP 6.Finally add one tsp coconut essence n mix it gently...
  • STEP 7.Now pour the batter in the baking tin...
  • STEP 8.Preheat the oven for 5mins on 160 degree n bake for 20 to 30 mins...
  • STEP 9.Take a bowl pour 100 gram butter n beat with the help of hand blender for 5mins...
  • STEP 10.Now add 4 tsp condensed milk n mix it gradually...
  • STEP 11.Similarly do with powered sugar n Wipping cream ...
  • STEP 12.Finally add one tsp coconut essence n give it a good mix...
  • STEP 13.Refrigerate for 15 mins...
  • STEP 14.Take a plate n place the Cake, cut into three pieces...keep aside
  • STEP 15.Take a cake board, place one piece of Cake n spread water with the help of spoon...
  • STEP 16.Now spread buttercream then sprinkle coconut...
  • STEP 17.Do the same with the second layer ...
  • STEP 18.Now cover the cake with buttercream...
  • STEP 19.Now garnish with desiccated coconut , pistachios n tutti frutti..
  • STEP 20.Refrigerate for 10 mins before serving...
  • STEP 21.Coconut Buttercream Cake is ready to serve
