Ingredients for Coconut burfi Recipe

  • 0.40 cups Grated coconut
  • 0.60 cups Sugar
  • 0.40 tablespoons Desi Ghee
  • 1/4 cups water
  • A Handful Some dry fruits

Directions: Coconut Burfi Recipe

  • STEP 1.First, roast all the coconut until it becomes crisp and light golden in color on low to medium flame. Don't burn it. Roast the dry fruits also
  • STEP 2.Now coarsely grind coconut and dry fruits separately. Don't make powder. Keep aside coarsely crushed material. let it cool.
  • STEP 3.In the next step, we have to make sugar syrup. For this take a pan to add 3 cups sugar and 1.25 cups water and put it into medium to high flame to make a consistency of sugar syrup up to 3 strings.
  • STEP 4.Now take a big thali and grease it properly with Desi ghee.
  • STEP 5.Now add all the ingredients and ghee into the sugar syrup mix well and mix a little fast so they don't become dry and then pour into your greased thali.
  • STEP 6.Now leave it to set properly and then cut it into pieces.
  • STEP 7.Now ready to Serve for eating.First, roast all the coconut until it becomes crisp and light golden in color on low to medium flame. Don't burn it.
