Ingredients for Coconut Barfi from Goa Recipe

  • 70 gms Three coconuts grated. Put in a large kadai and allow it to roast gently. Added five tbs of pure desi ghee. Added in of shreded organic jaggery & two tbs of pure organic honey which we get thanks to the National Park close by. Once the matter has achieved some thickness
  • As required grease well a baking tray on all sides. Fill this tray with the coconut
  • As required cut into cubes and allow it to cool below a fan. If you dont have jaggery u can use sugar.

Once the matter has achieved some thickness, grease well a baking tray on all sides. Fill this tray with the coconut, cut into cubes and allow it to cool below a fan. If you dont have jaggery u can use sugar.
