Tropical fruits are my second best favorite when it comes to ice creams after chocolate. Jack fruits, custard apples, tender coconuts, mangoes to name some few. Creamy, rich, melt in the mouth and the flavor lingers back. I have attempted to make a very rustic coconut avocado ice cream. Nothing fancy and it is super simple to make but tastes just out of the world.
