  • 300 gram 2 cups of fine semolina
  • 236 milliliter 1 cup of veg. oil
  • 300 gram 1 and 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 250 gram 2 and 1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconuts
  • 4 Egg
  • pinch Salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 150 gram 1 and 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup orange blossom water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest

  • STEP 1.Take a large mixing bowl and add 4 full eggs, 1 cup oil, lemon zest, powdered sugar, and beat the mixture until it forms a smooth texture. Make sure there aren

  • STEP 3.Now add the shredded coconut and semolina, a dash of salt, 1tbsp baking powder, and mix well until well combined. We are looking for a soft and little sticky dough.

  • STEP 5.Wet your hand with orange blossom and roll into the soft and smooth balls. Lastly, roll it in the powdered sugar. It should have a good coating of powdered sugar.

  • STEP 6.Lastly, place the balls on an oiled baking sheet.

  • STEP 7.Preheat the oven and bake the balls in a 365 fr. , till it’s cracked and lightly golden brown, it should take about 15mins.

  • STEP 8.Let the cookies cool before transferring it anywhere. Serve the cookies with milk and enjoy it.
