Add all the marinade ingredients in a blender to blend
In a container add the chopped pork and the marinade over the pork
Coat the pork and refrigerate for 4hrs
Heat banana leaves and cook the leaves
Place the pork the in the banana leaves and cover
Heat water in the pot and cook them for 8hours on low heat
Discard the leaves
Serve as tacos or corn tortillas and red onions
