STEP 1.Take two bowls , now break the eggs n separate egg yolks n egg white...
STEP 2.Now add salt in the egg yolks n whisk it..keep aside...
STEP 3.Now add salt in the egg white , beat with the hand blender until stiff peaks ..
STEP 4.Take a nonstick pan brush oil n pour egg yolks cook for few seconds...
On the top add whipped egg white n cover the lid for 2minutes...
Now cut in the middle n place one upon the other...
Now cut according to your choice...
Serve with sauce...
