  • STEP 1.In a bowl, whisk together clementine juice, soy sauce, honey, five-spice powder, garlic, and ginger.
  • STEP 2.Add the chicken to the marinade and coat well.
  • STEP 3.Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for maximum flavor.
  • STEP 4.Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
