Brown onions,  thinly sliced

Garlic Cloves,  Finely Chopped

Cm ginger,  peeled,  cut into matchsticks

Beef Consomme

Latina fresh filled pasta,  beef ravioli

Baby spinach leaves,  coarsely shredded

Lime juice

Fish sauce

Coriander leaves

Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium-low heat. Add onion and cook, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes or until onion begins to colour. Add garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute or until fragrant.

Add beef consomm and 1 cup water and bring to a simmer.

Meanwhile, cook latina fresh filled pasta, beef ravioli following packet directions or until al dente. Drain well. Add to onion mixture. Add spinach, lime juice and fish sauce and stir to combine.
