  • As required Salt and freshly ground pepper, just use a bit if using seasoned bread crumbs
  • 0.33 Egg
  • 0.33 tablespoon Water
  • 0.33 cup Dried plain or seasoned breadcrumbs, plus more as needed
  • 0.08-0.17 teaspoon Seasoning salt, omit if using seasoned bread crumbs
  • As required Vegetable, canola, peanut or sunflower oil, for shallow frying
  • As required Lemon slices, for serving
