A bengali street food made of potatoes and peas with spices .Churmur is a type of chaat and one of the more inspired offerings to come out of a phuchkawala's cart. It contains the usual suspects—potatoes, boiled motor dal, tamarind, green chillies, coriander, and a variety of spices and seasoning—all mixed together and heaped upon a shalpata plate.

  • 200 gram Potatoes
  • 60 gram phuchka papri
  • 5 gram whole Bengal gram
  • 50 gram whole yellow peas
  • 10 gram coriander leaves
  • 7 gram green chillies
  • 15 gram Tamarind
  • 2 teaspoon Lime Juice
  • 5 gram Salt
  • 5 gram rocksalt
  • 3 gram bhaja masala
  • 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 75 gram Hot water
