  • 0.08 teaspoon Sesame seed

  • 1/50 cup Coconut milk

    Steps To Prepare

  • Wash the basmati rice and soak them dry.
  • Grind the rice to obtain rice powder.
  • Cooking Directions

  • Mix into a bowl 2 cups of powdered basmati rice, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sesame seeds and 2 eggs.
  • Pour in ¼ cup of coconut milk.
  • Mix it well. Knead to form a smooth dough.
  • Form small coin shaped doughs.
  • Preheat a pan with cooking oil.
  • Stir fry all the coin-shaped doughs on low flame until golden brown.

  • Serve hot with tea.
