Wash the basmati rice and soak dry.
Grind the rice to obtain rice powder.
Mix into a bowl 2 cups of powdered basmati rice, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sesame seeds and 2 eggs.
Pour in ¼ cup of coconut milk.
Mix it well. Knead to form a smooth dough.
Form small coin shaped doughs.
Preheat a pan with cooking oil.
Stir fry all the shaped doughs in a low flame until golden brown.
