Ingredients for Chow Mein Recipe

  • 60 gram Sliced onions
  • As required Sliced capsicum
  • 30 stick Carrot g
  • 50 gram Shredded Cabbage
  • 2 Chopped green chilies
  • 5 gram Minced Garlic
  • As required Pepper
  • As required Gorom masala
  • As required Salt
  • As required Sugar
  • As required Soy sauce
  • As required Vinegar
  • As required Red chili sauce
  • As required Ketchup
  • 300 gram Noodles
  • 1 Raw egg
  • As required Vegetable Oil

Steps To Prepare

  • STEP 1.Boil water in a deep-bottomed pan and add noodles to it.
  • STEP 2.Drain the excess water once the noodles are cooked and keep them aside.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and add raw eggs to it. Scramble the eggs and keep them aside for further use.

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat a pan on high flame and add some oil to it.
  • STEP 2.To the same pan, add chopped onions and the other vegetables and saute them.
  • STEP 3.Next, add the spices and sauces and stir well to combine.
  • STEP 4.Fry the veggies, spices and sauces for two minutes.
  • STEP 5.Finally, add the noodles and scrambled eggs to the veggies mixture and mix well. Adjust the salt, incorporate and turn off the flame.

Storage And Serving Method

  • STEP 1.You can serve the chowmein hot as it is or with a desi Chinese side such as Manchurian or chilli paneer and relish.
