Boil water in a deep-bottomed pan and add noodles to it.
Drain the excess water once the noodles are cooked and keep them aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add raw eggs to it. Scramble the eggs and keep them aside for further use.
Cooking Directions
Heat a pan on high flame and add some oil to it.
To the same pan, add chopped onions and the other vegetables and saute them.
Next, add the spices and sauces and stir well to combine.
Fry the veggies, spices and sauces for two minutes.
Finally, add the noodles and scrambled eggs to the veggies mixture and mix well. Adjust the salt, incorporate and turn off the flame.
