  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, urad dal, and curry leaves. Saute until the dal turns golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add onions and saute until they turn translucent. Add chayote squash, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the squash is tender.
  • STEP 3.Add grated coconut and cook for a minute. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
