  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 10 ounce Mexican pork chorizo casings removed
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 pound potatoes cut into small diced, and boiled
  • As required Salt and Pepper
  • As required Cilantro chopped

Directions: Chorizo Con Papas Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a large skillet.

  • STEP 1.Add chorizo, break the large chunks and cook for 10mins

step 3

  • STEP 1.Take the chorizo out and grease the pan again. Heat it on the stove.

  • STEP 1.Add onion and potatoes. Fry until brown

step 5

  • STEP 1.Add the chorizo and mix well

step 6

  • STEP 1.Add salt and pepper to taste

  • STEP 1.Add chopped cilantro. Serve with warm tortilas.
