How to Make Choreadas Recipe

STEP 01

1 - boil the potatoes in salt water for 20 minutes.

STEP 02

2- in a pan heat some olive oil and cook onions till they fry.

STEP 03

3 - add tomatoes and cook until no water is left.

STEP 04

4 - add heavy cream and cook for 2 minutes.

STEP 05

5 - place the potatoes in a plate and add sauce on top.

STEP 06

6 - top it with grated cheese and your papas chorreadas is ready to be served.
