  • 0.17 Clove garlic, finely minced
  • 0.17 tablespoon Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 0.17 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 0.08 teaspoon Dried parsley
  • pinch Pinch of black pepper
  • 1/4 pound Chicken breasts, i like to use thin cut chicken
  • 0.33 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.06 cup Fresh lemon juice, from about 2 large lemons
  • 0.06 cup Buttermilk
  • 0.67 Cloves garlic, finely minced or pressed
  • 0.33 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.17 teaspoon Coarse, kosher salt
  • 0.08 teaspoon Black pepper, i use coarsely ground; use less if finely ground
  • 0.67-0.83 Pita breads or flatbread
  • 1/2 Small to medium heads romaine, chopped
  • 0.08-0.17 Seedless/english cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 0.17 Medium bell pepper, red, yellow or orange, cored, seeded and diced
  • 0.17 cup Chopped or sliced kalamata or black olives
  • 0.17 cup Chopped cherry or roma tomatoes
  • 1/25-0.08 Red onion, sliced into thin slivers
  • 0.08 cup More, to taste crumbled feta cheese
