  • 6 Conchas
  • 4 Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup Raisins
  • As required Butter enough to butter the baking dish
  • As required Powdered Sugar Optional

  • STEP 1.Cut the conchas into thin slices

  • STEP 1.In a large bowl add the eggs, vanilla, milk, sweetened condensed milk, and cinnamon. Mix everything together and set it aside.

  • STEP 1.Butter the side of a large baking dish. Add a layer of conchas and top with coconut and raisins

step 4

  • STEP 1.Add another layer and repeat until there is no conchas

step 5

  • STEP 1.Pour egg mixture over everything.Add spatula and press down lightly

  • STEP 1.Cover will aluminum foil and refrigerate for 20mins

  • STEP 1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake for 25 mins.

  • STEP 1.Let it cool and dust with powdered sugar. And serve.
