- 4 Egg
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla
- 2 cup Milk
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup Raisins
- As required Butter enough to butter the baking dish
- As required Powdered Sugar Optional

How to Make Chonchas Bread Pudding Recipe

Cut the conchas into thin slices

In a large bowl add the eggs, vanilla, milk, sweetened condensed milk, and cinnamon. Mix everything together and set it aside.

Butter the side of a large baking dish. Add a layer of conchas and top with coconut and raisins

Add another layer and repeat until there is no conchas

Pour egg mixture over everything.Add spatula and press down lightly

Cover will aluminum foil and refrigerate for 20mins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake for 25 mins.

Let it cool and dust with powdered sugar. And serve.
