Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  • STEP 2.In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • STEP 3.Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.In a saucepan, melt the caramels and condensed milk over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  • STEP 5.Pour the caramel mixture over the baked crust and spread evenly.
