Ingredients for Cholia ki sabji Recipe

  • 83.33 gm Green Cholia
  • 0.67 Pieces Onion
  • 1 Pieces Tomato
  • 0.33 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.67 tablespoon Raw mango powder
  • 0.33 tablespoon Garam masala
  • 0.33 teaspoon jeera powder
  • 0.33 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • As Required Salt as per need
  • 0.67 tablespoon Corainder powder
  • 0.17 teaspoon teaspoon turmeric powder
  • As Required Coriander for garnishing

Directions: Cholia Ki Sabji Recipe

  • STEP 1.Trim both the ends of chawlis(long beans) and chop it in small pieces.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil
  • STEP 3.Add cumin seeds mustard seeds onion,
  • STEP 4.Mix and let it cook on high flame for couple of minutes.
  • STEP 5.Then add Tomato ,all spices and salt. Stir occasionally.
  • STEP 6.cook for 2-3 minutes on high flame. Then turn off the heat and keep it uncovered till it becomes lukewarm ।
  • STEP 7.Serve with meals/rotis.
