Ingredients for Chola Dal Barfi or Mohanthal Recipe
250 gms Chana dal
1.50 tsp Ghee
1.50 tsp Cardamom powder
1 tsp Jaggery
Directions: Chola Dal Barfi Or Mohanthal Recipe
STEP 1.Pressure cook the chana Dal on slow flame for 15 mins
STEP 2.Check whether the chana dal has boiled or not, then keep it aside. Let it cool.
STEP 3.Now in a blender, thoroughly grind the chana dal mixture, add the nuts.
STEP 4.Now heat ghee in a kadai, first add jaggery, then the chana dal mixture. Mix well. Add the dry fruits . Now grease oil in a thali. Place the mixture evenly.
STEP 5.Now let it cool. Cut evenly in squares or diamond shape.
