Ingredients for Chocolate Panna Cotta Recipe

  • 1/2 cup thickened cream
  • 1 tablespoons Caster sugar
  • As required Milk Chocolate (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoons Cornflour
  • As required dissolved in ¼ cup milk/water

Directions: Chocolate Panna Cotta Recipe

  • STEP 1.Add the cream, cornflour slurry, and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil, then remove it from the heat immediately.
  • STEP 2.Add in the chocolate shavings and mix until melted.
  • STEP 3.Pour the mixture evenly into a greased cup and chill it in the fridge until set.
  • STEP 4.Unmold the Panna Cotta on serving plates and serve with a drizzle of chocolate shavings and enjoy!
