Ingredients for Chocolate Chip Pancake Recipe

  • 1.25 All Purpose Flour
  • 1.50 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Soda Bicarbonate
  • 25 gram Melted Butter
  • 1 cup Orange juice
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Champagne
  • As required Olive Oil
  • As required Chocolate Chips
  • As required Whipping Cream
  • As required Chopped Strawberry
  • As required Chocolate sauce

Directions: Chocolate Chip Pancake Recipe

  • STEP 1.Add 1 ½ tsp baking powder and 1 tsp soda bicarbonate to a bowl containing 1 ¼ all-purpose flour.

  • STEP 2.Stir them all together

  • STEP 3.After keeping it for some time, add 25 g melted butter, 1 cup orange juice, 1 cup of buttermilk and one egg to it.

  • STEP 4.Ensure the batter is nicely mixed. If not, simply add 2 tbsp of milk and 1 tbsp of champagne.

  • STEP 5.Spread a little olive oil on a pan and then smear it with butter.

  • STEP 6.Then, put two tbsp of the prepared batter for one pancake.

  • STEP 7.Add a little chocolate chips above as it cooks.

  • STEP 8.Allow both the sides to get cooked for at least 5 mins each.

  • STEP 9.Spread whipping cream and some chopped strawberries on each pancake.

  • STEP 10.You can garnish your plate with a few more strawberries again along with giving your pancakes a final touch with delicious chocolate syrup.
