Ingredients for Chocolate brownie Recipe

  • 1/2 cup maida
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 85 gms Dark chocolate
  • 1/2 Cups Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/4 cup Amul butter
  • 1.50 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 4 inch square tin

Directions: Chocolate Brownie Recipe

  • STEP 1.Melt the butter and datk chocolate in microwave . Once melted thrn add sugar and mix it.
  • STEP 2.Whisk curd and add it to the mixture, add vanilla essence to it, add this to the chocolate mixture. Sieve flour, cocoa powder and baking powder & and mix it well with the chocolate mixture. Add the chopped walnuts leaving few to sprinkle on top of the brownies.
  • STEP 3.Pour the batter in a greased tin lined with butter paper. Tap the tin to remove air bubbles,sprinkle the remaining walnuts on top. Bake in a preheated oven for 25 mins at 180°C..
  • STEP 4.Once check with toothpick.
  • STEP 5.If it's come out dry then brownie is ready.
