Ingredients for Chivo-Al-Coco Recipe

  • 1/2 No.s Chivo
  • 1 No.s Lemon
  • As required Dressing
  • 1 No.s onion grated
  • 4 No.s garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 No.s bay leaf
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon English Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 tablespoon wine vinegar
  • As required Stew
  • 4 cup coconut milk
  • 1.25 cup onion, minced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, minced without seed
  • 2 units minced sweet pepper without seed
  • 1 cup tomato chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powdered
  • 2 tablespoon onoto oil

Directions: Chivo-al-coco Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash , cut and rub the goat with lemon slices . in a bowl mix all the marinade ingredients and rub them on the meat and set aside.
  • STEP 2.Boil coconut milk in a large pot for 3 minutes over high flame and stir it continuously. Add chopped onion, paprika , sweet pepper , tomato , curry powder , oil colored with onoto and cook for 7 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Add the goat and marinade to the pot and bring it to boil and cook over high heat for about 7 more minutes .
  • STEP 4.Put the pot at medium flame cook covered for about 90 to 100 minutes and remove from heat . Stir it frequently so that no lumps are formed.
