STEP 1.Wash , cut and rub the goat with lemon slices . in a bowl mix all the marinade ingredients and rub them on the meat and set aside.
STEP 2.Boil coconut milk in a large pot for 3 minutes over high flame and stir it continuously. Add chopped onion, paprika , sweet pepper , tomato , curry powder , oil colored with onoto and cook for 7 minutes.
STEP 3.Add the goat and marinade to the pot and bring it to boil and cook over high heat for about 7 more minutes .
STEP 4.Put the pot at medium flame cook covered for about 90 to 100 minutes and remove from heat . Stir it frequently so that no lumps are formed.
