  • 125 gram Chital Fish
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/4 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 Tomatoes, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • as per your need Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the fish with turmeric powder and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish until golden brown. Set aside.
  • STEP 3.In the same pan, add onions, ginger-garlic paste, and spices. Cook until onions are golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add tomatoes and cook until they are soft and mushy.
  • STEP 5.Add water and bring it to a boil. Add the fried fish and simmer for a few minutes.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.

Cooking Tips

  • Make sure to marinate the fish for at least 30 minutes to enhance the flavors.
  • You can adjust the spice level according to your preference by adding more or less chili powder.
