STEP 1.Take a bowl of rava, add a pinch of salt and add 2 cups of hot water. Let it absorb it. Mix well. Using your hand mix well and prepare a dough.
STEP 2.Take a cup of ghee and add a cup of cornflour, mix well. keep mixing until it changes color.
STEP 3.Take the rava dough on a platform and take portions of it to make small balls. Mold each ball using your hands. Grease the platform and then roll the ball into a roti. using a fork or your fingers make distinguishing marks on the roti and fill it with the ghee and cornflour mixture. . make sure the roti is thin. Make as many rotis as required.
STEP 4.Take the roti and roll like on its side carefully.
STEP 5.Once rolled cut the pieces of the rolled roti and keep them aside.
STEP 6.Then after the pieces are cut, roll them on the platform once again. You will get the desired shape.
STEP 7.Take a deep frying pan and heat some oil, check the oil and start frying the roti. Cook until it changes to a golden brown.
STEP 8.The rotis are ready.
