Ingredients for Chiroti Recipe

  • 250 gram Chiroti rava
  • 2 tablespoon Ghee
  • 2 tablespoon Rice flour
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar and cardamom powder
  • 1 cup Hot water
  • As required Edible oil for cooking

Directions: Chiroti Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl of rava, add a pinch of salt and add 2 cups of hot water. Let it absorb it. Mix well. Using your hand mix well and prepare a dough.
  • STEP 2.Take a cup of ghee and add a cup of cornflour, mix well.  keep mixing until it changes color.
  • STEP 3.Take the rava dough on a platform and take portions of it to make small balls. Mold each ball using your hands. Grease the platform and then roll the ball into a roti.  using a fork or your fingers make distinguishing marks on the roti and fill it with the ghee and cornflour mixture. .  make sure the roti is thin. Make as many rotis as required.
  • STEP 4.Take the roti and roll like on its side carefully.
  • STEP 5.Once rolled cut the pieces of the rolled roti and keep them aside.
  • STEP 6.Then after the pieces are cut, roll them on the platform once again. You will get the desired shape.
  • STEP 7.Take a deep frying pan and heat some oil, check the oil and start frying the roti. Cook until it changes to a golden brown.
  • STEP 8.The rotis are ready.
