  • 200 gram Beaten Rice
  • As required Curry leaves
  • 50 gram Diced potatoes
  • 50 gram Cubed carrots
  • 25 gram Sliced onion
  • 80 gram Diced cauliflower
  • 6 gram Chopped ginger
  • 2 piece Green chilies
  • 4 piece Bay leaves
  • 2 piece Cloves
  • 1 piece Cinnamon
  • 2 piece Cardamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 20 gram Cashew nuts
  • 20 gram Raisins
  • 8 gram Salt
  • 30 gram Sugar
  • 2 gram Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Gorom masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ghee
  • As required Vegetables oil

Directions: Chirer Polao Recipe

  • STEP 1.Ash and soak the beaten rice

step 2

  • STEP 2.Heat pan with vegetable oil

step 3

  • STEP 3.Add the bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom and cumin seeds

step 4

  • STEP 4.Add the potatoes and carrots

step 5

  • STEP 5.Fry them for 30secs

step 6

  • STEP 6.Add the cauliflower and cashew nuts

step 7

  • STEP 7.Add the onions and green chilies

step 8

  • STEP 8.Add raisins and curry leaves

step 9

  • STEP 9.Add salt and sugar

step 10

  • STEP 10.Turmeric powder

  • STEP 11.Cook for 3mins

step 12

  • STEP 12.Add the beaten rice and mix well

  • STEP 13.Cook for 6 mins

step 14

  • STEP 14.Add gorom masala and ghee
