  • 1 can Kernal Corn
  • 1 can Cream Corn
  • 450 gram Paraguayan Cheese
  • 4 No.s Egg
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 No.s White Onion
  • 1 No.s Red pepper
  • 4 No.s Green Onions

Directions: Chipa Guasu Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1. saute onions and red bell pepper in a pan until onion is translucent.

step 2

  • STEP 1. combine the eggs and milk in a bowl, and whisk together.

step 3

  • STEP 1. add sliced green onions into the bowl.

step 4

  • STEP 1.crumble the cheese and stir into the bowl.

step 5

  • STEP 1. add the cooked onions and bell pepper into the bowl.

step 6

  • STEP 1. drain the kernal corn and add it to the bowl

step 7

  • STEP 1. add the entire can of cream corn.

step 8

  • STEP 1. grease a casserole dish and pour the mixture in it and bake for 40 minutes at 400 degree f.
