Tasty bread cheese balls stuffed with red chorizo and made with cassava flour. It is very soft and chewy and the cheese melts in your mouth with every bite.
STEP 1.1 in a bowl take some cassava flour, salt, eggs, milk and butter.

STEP 2.2 mix all the ingredients well and knead a soft dough out of this mixture.

STEP 3.3 spread the dough and add grated cheese on top of it.

STEP 4.4 add red chorizo to this and mix everything well.

STEP 5.5 make small balls (around 20 grams) out of this dough.

STEP 6.6 spray cooking oil on a baking tray and place the dough balls on it.

STEP 7.7 bake it at 200 degrees for 15 minutes and your chipa is ready to be served.
