Ingredients for Chipa Recipe

  • 33.33 gram Cassava Flour
  • 1.33 gram Salt
  • 6.67 gram Milk
  • 1/5 No.s Egg
  • 13.33 gram Butter
  • 33.33 gram grated mozzarella cheese
  • As required Handful red chorizo
  • 0.07 No.s Vegetable oil spray

Directions: Chipa Recipe

  • STEP 1.1 in a bowl take some cassava flour, salt, eggs, milk and butter.

step 3

  • STEP 2.2 mix all the ingredients well and knead a soft dough out of this mixture.

step 4

  • STEP 3.3 spread the dough and add grated cheese on top of it.

step 5

  • STEP 4.4 add red chorizo to this and mix everything well.

step 6

  • STEP 5.5 make small balls (around 20 grams) out of this dough.

step 7

  • STEP 6.6 spray cooking oil on a baking tray and place the dough balls on it.

step 8

  • STEP 7.7 bake it at 200 degrees for 15 minutes and your chipa is ready to be served.
