  • 1/4 kilogram Pork with the fat, cut into bite size pieces

  • As required Salt
  • 3/4 big onions finely sliced
  • 1/2 sprig A curry leaves
  • 3/4-1 big tomatoes chopped/pureed
  • 3/4 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4-1/2 tablespoon chilli powder
  • 3/4 tablespoon Coriander powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon level broiled cumin powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 cup A lime size ball of tamarind soaked in hot water for 20 mins. Squeeze and keep pulp/water
  • 0.13 coconut ground to a smooth paste
  • 1/2 Vegetables to be used drumsticks; 4 6 big potatoes; 6 8 brinjals; 1 big green mango
