  • 1/4 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Urad Dal
  • as needed A Few Curry Leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon Tamarind Paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder

  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil

  • STEP 3.Allow the mixture to cool and then grind it to a smooth paste. Serve the chutney with dosa, idli, or rice.
