Directions: Chingari Paneer Tikka With Kaju Makhni Gravey Recipe
STEP 1.πππMethod-
STEP 2.1) take hung curd in a mixing bowl, add corn flour , salt, red chilly powder, garam masala, lemon juice and 1 spoon cooking oil , mix well and marinate big size chopped paneer and onion in to this mixture for half an hour.
STEP 3.2) take a mixer jar put crushed paneer and milk and grind it in to a fine paste keep it aside.
STEP 4.3) grind soaked kaju and magaz seeds and make fine paste .
STEP 5.4) put marinated panner and onion in to sticks and roast it in oven or gas stove with amul butter .
STEP 6.5) take a heavy bottom pan add cooking oil , add jeera, and finely chopped onion, ginger garlic paste and shallow fry it till the onion becomes golden brown , then add kaju paste and paneer paste in to it . Add salt, Red chilli powder,garam masala,and mix it well .
STEP 7.Add amul fresh cream at last and thicken the gravey as much you like .
STEP 8.6) transfer all the gravey in a flat bowl and put roasted paneer sticks in to it .
STEP 9.7) sprinkles chat masala and chilli flicks and serve .
