Ingredients for Chinese Tofu Stir Fry In Oyster Sauce Recipe

  • 400 gram Tofu
  • 160 gram Lettuce
  • 4 No.s Garlic Cloves
  • 1 No.s Spring onion
  • 10 gram Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon White Pepper
  • 4 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 50 milliliter Chicken Stock
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • As required Salt

Directions: Chinese Tofu Stir Fry In Oyster Sauce Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 in a wok heat 2 tbsp of oil on high heat, add 4 finely chopped cloves of garlic, 10 gm finely chopped ginger, 1 finely chopped spring onion and fry for a few seconds.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 add 4 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp white pepper and stir.

step 3

  • STEP 3.3 add 400 gm tofu cut into small chunks and stir for 1 minute.

step 4

  • STEP 4.4 add 1 tbsp sugar and 50 ml chicken stock and stir for 1 minute.

step 5

  • STEP 5.5 add 160 gm lettuce chopped into bite size pieces and stir fry for 30 seconds.

step 6

  • STEP 6.6 add 1 tbsp sesame oil, salt and stir.

step 7

  • STEP 7.7 transfer to a serving dish.
