A tasty preparation of pan fried cubes of bread cooked in egg flavoured with soy and spring onions.This makes all other egg breads look weak. I learned the recipe from two older ladies in Hawaii.
STEP 1.break 3 eggs into a bowl, add 1 tsp light soy sauce and salt to taste.
STEP 2.whisk well to combine. add 2 finely chopped spring onions and mix. heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and add chopped bread.
STEP 3.fry until golden on all sides. then ensure that the cubes of bread are spread evenly across the pan, and pour in the egg mixture. turn the heat to low and cover and cook for 3 minutes. once the egg has cooked through, use a spatula and remove the egg bread from the pan. serve hot.
